Took my car in to just get a flat fixed, and it took three hours. I was there at 7:30 AM and did not leave till almost 1030. I had to go up to the service people and ask them “where is my car”?. The man got up and walked to another desk and found my paperwork among other paper work marked “WAITER” he said the man that was helping me left for the day, I’m like” and nobody bothered to even look at his paperwork”. If I hadn’t asked for my car, I would still be there. Worst service ever!!! Will never go back. More
Arrived early for an 8 am appointment. No car in the bay but my car. I’m there to replace a battery under warranty. 2 1/2 hrs later, I’m out $136 and have to find my car in the parking lot No car in the bay but my car. No courtesy of setting the clock on my car, no air in my tire with the tire gauge light on. However, I was asked to spend extra on replacing my battery cables! Absolutely inexcusable!! As a 62 year old woman, I travelled 23 miles one way for this type of service! Never again. I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from North Park and it will be my last. More
