They lied to me I bought a 2017 Toyota 86 from this dealership and the salesman promised me 3 years of complimentary oil changes. He said I could go to any Toyota dea I bought a 2017 Toyota 86 from this dealership and the salesman promised me 3 years of complimentary oil changes. He said I could go to any Toyota dealer for the first 2 years and after I could only get My free oil changes at north park Toyota. It was a lie! After my second oil change they wanted to charge me $70! And I told the service guy that they had told me I had three years of free oil changes and he said that maybe they were in my coupon book which is located with the owners Manual. I checked but it only had a coupon for one free oil change. I tried talking to the service manager but he refused to keep what the salesman had told me about the 3 years of free oil changes. I’m now planning on buying a tundra but I will definitely not buy it at this dealership. Such a horrible experience that I’ve been thinking about getting an f-150 instead because I just don’t want to deal with Toyota again if they lie in order to get people to buy their cars. I would definitely not recommend this dealership. More

Excellent Customer Service I am a very satisfied customer. My service advisor Fred was able to address all my concerns with my vehicle. He knew exactly what needed to be done to I am a very satisfied customer. My service advisor Fred was able to address all my concerns with my vehicle. He knew exactly what needed to be done to address my concerns, kept me informed every step of the way. That's why I always go back to North Park. Thank you. The Toyota rental company was also great. Mike and Fred were able to set me up in a rental so I could take complete advantage of my day off. I never rented from the previous rental company before, but will do business Toyota Rental any day. Service Had a mini-stroke a few years ago so started using locals in Castroville for servicing my 4 Runner. I did not feel comfortable with this as they did Had a mini-stroke a few years ago so started using locals in Castroville for servicing my 4 Runner. I did not feel comfortable with this as they did not have a checklist and when the service light came on, basically, they would only change the oil unless I mentioned something. Today was like a breath of fresh air after getting my car serviced at North Park Toyota. I was given a checklist showing me everything that had been checked and the condition of brakes, tires, etc not to mention a clean car. Glad to be back! More

Excellent service I never have any issues when I go there for service. I purchased a vehicle at Cavender, but got it serviced at North Park and will continue to get it I never have any issues when I go there for service. I purchased a vehicle at Cavender, but got it serviced at North Park and will continue to get it serviced there. Martin and Fred the service advisors always go above and beyond in keeping us updated. Always get excellent service and highly recommend Them to coworkers, friends and family. More
