We can always count on him to treat us fairly and recommend only what is really needed. He ordered the part and will take care of the truck when the part arrives. He even gives us an idea of what our vehicle may need on the next visit or two. Helps us plan. Within our family, we have two Tundras, one Rav 4, one Scion, and we have all service done at North Park under Fred Duron's care. More

I scheduled with Michael because he took very good care of me the last time I came in. I am an older female, and I truly appreciate it when I find someone who is not only pleasant but makes me feel confident that I am being treated fairly and not being taken advantage of. The facility is pleasant and I don't mind waiting there for work to be done, but good customer service is the most important thing. Michael exemplifies that. More

Items stolen Empty your car if your going to service. My 2015 4Runner was there for 5 days getting the support bushings replaced on my radiators and over $1,000 in Empty your car if your going to service. My 2015 4Runner was there for 5 days getting the support bushings replaced on my radiators and over $1,000 in items I had in the car were stolen. It's an overland style rig with a mounted refrigerator which was stolen. Also some electronic items that were deep in the center console were taken as well. They totally denied it and took over 6 weeks to review their "new" security videos. They NEVER called me to let me know how things were going so I found myself always calling them. We have had our vehicle serviced there since we purchased it from them and the vehicle had been there many times for routine service with all of the items stolen intact. It was very methodical and whomever stole the items spent a lot of time as the items were picked over and nothing was broken. So it was not broken into, but gone through with free access. Most likely by someone at or with connections to an employee. I even try to negotiate some type of "in kind" service or even discounts to keep my business, but no response. I'd rather push my Toyota 10 miles than go to a Red McCombs dealership. Looks like I'm adding NorthPark to that list. More

The waiting area is also excellent with complimentary drinks and snacks, as well as, comfortable seats and entertainment. It’s never a chore to get my service done here. More
