Great Experience I Can Count On I went in due to the air and heater not working on my Camry. I was greeted promptly and was able to explain my issue. I have a warranty, but he still I went in due to the air and heater not working on my Camry. I was greeted promptly and was able to explain my issue. I have a warranty, but he still took the time to explain the process of invoking the warranty. Within the hour, Michael provided an update and a resolution that was covered by the warranty. In addition he was able to provided a recommendation on issues the mechanic identified as needing to be completed soon. I appreciated the time and information. One of the issues was about my tires...it was recommended that the 2 front tires needed to be replaced. Thankfully he shared this because they were really bad. Thank you Michael Lopez for the service and recommendations that would keep me safe...I replaced my tires today! More

Awesome! I went in to service my 2018 Tundra and from the moment I got in someone was there to greet me and help get to who I had my appointment with. 10000 Mile Service I scheduled my appt online the day before my service. Upon my arrival, I was greeted and waited only a few minutes for Martin Flores. Dealership Servi I scheduled my appt online the day before my service. Upon my arrival, I was greeted and waited only a few minutes for Martin Flores. Dealership Service was VERY busy. Martin promptly came out, greeted us and wrote up my service. My truck was ready within an hour despite the volume vehicles that were there for service. I have booked with Martin on several service appts for myself and another family member who also owns a Toyota and always receive great customer service. Martin is courteous, respectful and professional. More
