If i trust them and they work in my best interest to help educate and protect me as a customer - you will always have my business and that of my family. He made sure assessments of issues were conducted and did not recommend any unnecessary servicing or up-sell - absolutely respecting the fact that i am on a budget and am very conscious of proper maintenance and the necessity at times to sequence things to fit monetary parameters. He also assisted with making sure all concerns were addressed and communicating frequently and well current repair status and anticipated potential issues. Really appreciated his commitment to me as a customer. I appreciated the upfront and honest approach - integrity goes a long way in this relationship. More
