Good Experience When I arrived I wasn't sure how the visit would turn out. It appeared the staff was experiencing a shortage of employees under the red tent. I arrived at 8:40AM and was told Ray doesn't get in until 9AM. Michael Godina approached me and let me know he would be with we shortly. This was approximately 8:50AM. By 9AM Michael had taken the reason for my visit and apologized for the wait. He told me the wait would be 1 1/2 hours. I was O.K. with that because I understand the amount of vehicles the service department must be dealing with. To my surprise by 9:30AM the service on my Rav4 had been completed and I was on my way home. Hats off to Michael! More

Oil and filter change I had an appointment for 12 noon. I was running behind my time for an oil and filter change. I also was made even later because I had to stop and purchase my own Royal Purple oil. That is the only oil I use in my car. The place was so busy it felt like I would never get to Toyota. When I finally arrived, I expected to be turned away or pushed to the end of the line. I was expecting some kind of penalty for being late. The young man took my information and said we are running a little behind, but we will get you taken cared of. I will only get my car serviced at North Park Toyota. THANK YOU. More
