The ease of calling the service department On August 25, 2019, I went to a local auto parts store to have my battery tested and was informed by the employee that it was probably the alternator. On August 26, 2019, I called North Park Service Department and was advised the work could be done same day. I followed up the call and spoke with my Service Advisor, Martin Flores. I can't say enough about Mr. Flores. He is such a nice person and goes out of his way to assist you. He is truly an asset to the North Park Toyota Family. And, lastly, Mr. Flores and the Toyota technicians informed me that my alternator was fine. There honestly is greatly appreciated! Thank you. More
