I was recommended to North Park Toyota and specifically salesman, Blaine Waddell. I don't like to think of myself as an impatient person, but there is nothing I hate more than having to go through the det salesman, Blaine Waddell. The customer service, work quality, friendliness, and just my overall experience was second to none. Blaine was returned all my calls in a timely manner, provided photos of vehicles in the time as promised, and had truck waiting for me when I arrived to pick it up. I was actually at the dealership for no more than 1.5 hours top. I also need to mentioned how impressed I was with conveniences at the dealership while waiting. Everything about North Park Toyota and Blaine was impressive and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in search of a new vehicle. We submitted an inquiry for a Toyota Tundra and were fortunate enough to be contacted by Robert Robles. Most prospective buyers are intimidated by the aggressive salesperson. Robert was so informative and calm and had so much knowledge about Tundras that we were put at ease. We did not feel the pressure of the "hard sell" which to us, is a turn-off. Now we are the proud owners of a factory new Toyota Tundra Limited 4x4 TRD, and we are very happy with our choice! Robert has gone over the details of our new Tundra and North Park offers free oil changes for 2 years at any Toyota dealer or 3 years at North Park! We have owned Toyota vehicles for many years and obviously are not planning to change this tradition, when we are ready for another Toyota 10 years from now, we are going back to Robert Robles and North Park Toyota! My father and I arrived at North Park at 11:30am on 1/10/14. My rating is based on the following facts: The car that I had driven from Austin to purchase was not cleaned properly, all four valve stem 1/10/14. My rating is based on the following facts: The car that I had driven from Austin to purchase was not cleaned properly, all four valve stem caps were missing, the bumper was not attached properly, and specific work, a Toyota recall, that I was told would be completed two days prior was not done. Although there is a standard $189.00 dealer prep fee, I had to specifically request that the stains in the seats be steam cleaned out. Upon inspection, I had to point out areas of the car that were not properly cleaned and the fact that the car was missing floor mats etc. It was rather frustrating that Mr. Garza was helping other clients at the same time and left my father and me sitting at his desk for long periods of time. My father commented that he was rather shocked that in the 4 hours that we were there, not a single employee introduced themselves to him when they were talking to me. This is simply speculation...but I am virtually certain that my fathers t-shirt and old blue jeans had something to do with the lack of attention he received. This is rather ironic considering that he is a medical doctor, willing to give me a ride to San Antonio on his day off, and was thinking about purchasing a new Toyota Tundra while we were there. The car was ready to test drive as soon as I got there and I was able to take the great customer service considering I made my appointment past 7pm.
