We are a locally owned and operated store with a new facility built in 2008 for everyone in south Texas to enjoy. We built our new Toyota and used car dealership with all the comfort and convenience you expect in your own home. With several lounge areas to relax in while you wait for your new or used car to have auto service or car repair done, whether it be in one of our leather couches, rocking chairs, or surrounded by one of our fireplaces; inside or out! Our childrens play area makes our store fun for the little ones while our internet cafe is popular with all ages. We offer complimentary drinks and snacks at our La Paletera cafe during your visit and additional entrees include breakfast tacos, enchiladas, sandwiches, fruit cups, paletas, ice cream, milk shakes and more! While you enjoy your lunch you can look through our auto service windows to watch your Toyota being serviced by our Toyota Certified Technicians. R Vaughn and M Gothard were exceptional professionals in every way. They both made my wife and I at home and the "sale end" a most positive experience. The outcome was a NEW 2014 Highlander Limited. The dealership was VERY clean, warm, and welcoming by ALL employees there. By the way the FREE treats, cookies, coffee, etc. were very welcomed on a cold day. I was recommended to Blaine by my boss. Blaine offered me great customer service considering I made my appointment past 7pm. The car was ready to test drive as soon as I got there and I was able to take the great customer service considering I made my appointment past 7pm. The car was ready to test drive as soon as I got there and I was able to take the car home within two hours. He also called me the next day to follow up and make sure I didn't have any questions. I came in to North Park as a first time buyer. I just wanna say these guys are professional and n. I wanted a new Tacoma 4x4 and Robert Robles stopped at nothing to find me the right one. We could have gone anywhere in San Antonio to purchase a new vehicle. Having owned a Toyota and receiving exceptional customer service every time I took my Hylander in for service at North Park Toyota, mad new vehicle. Having owned a Toyota and receiving exceptional customer service every time I took my Hylander in for service at North Park Toyota, made me feel like I could not break the loyalty NP Toyota had shown me. So there we were, on Black Friday purchasing not one, but 3 cars! In only about 5 minutes of discussion, Blaine knew exactly what we were looking for in a new SUV. He showed us the Toyota 4 Runner, and I didn't have to look at another vehicle! Blaine was personable, professional, accommodating and we would like to thank Larry Brown for recommending him.
