My 2007 Tundra broke down while leaving work. The first thing I did was pull into a parking lot and called J.R. Meija for assistance. I won't go into much detail about the problem itself but calling him was the best decision I made at the time. He went above and beyond my expectations by sending a mechanic by the name of Pio to the parking lot I was at (I was not very far from the dealer). Pio was able to fix the problem temporarily and had me follow him back to the dealership. J.R. put me into a rental car and told me he would call when the problem was fixed. This situation could have been a lot more stressful than it was for me but J.R. was awesome and prevented that from happening. More

I started my new car shopping with a USAA car buying tool that sent emails to all the local dealerships telling them exactly what I was looking for. After talking on the phone, I could tell he was a no "BS" kind of guy and he gave me a great price with none of the haggling that is so often associated with a new car buying experience. I set up an appointment and went in to look and possibly buy. Blaine made the experience very easy and strait forward and went out of his way to make sure every request I had was met. Incidently, this is the 3rd automobile to be purchased from North Park. More
