I came to North Park Toyota in search of a new reliable Toyota Tundra pickup. Upon my arrival I was greeted by salesman AJ Ortiz who instantly made me feel relaxed & welcomed to the dealership. With me being a guy with limited knowledge of the Toyota brand of trucks, Mr. Ortiz's experience and knowledge of what he was selling was music to my ears. I was given a steady dose of education that I strongly feel was top notch that allowed me to confidently narrow down my search to the "perfect truck". I am also fairly new to San Antonio,Texas and I felt that Mr. Ortiz's hospitality was unlike anything I'd experienced from my home town or from any other auto salesman. I was easily able to talk with Mr. Ortiz as if we'd known each other for years.
