We are a locally owned and operated store with a new facility built in 2008 for everyone in south Texas to enjoy. However, if you are unable to make it to us just let us know and we will come to you because WE DELIVER! We service San Antonio, New Braunfels, Boerne and all of south Texas. We built our new Toyota and used car dealership with all the comfort and convenience you expect in your own home. With several lounge areas to relax in while you wait for your new or used car to have auto service or car repair done, whether it be in one of our leather couches, rocking chairs, or surrounded by one of our fireplaces; inside or out! Our childrens play area makes our store fun for the little ones while our internet cafe is popular with all ages. We offer complimentary drinks and snacks at our La Paletera cafe during your visit and additional entrees include breakfast tacos, enchiladas, sandwiches, fruit cups, paletas, ice cream, milk shakes and more! While you enjoy your lunch you can look through our auto service windows to watch your Toyota being serviced by our Toyota Certified Technicians. Helpful staff, great environment. Prices are exceptional. Micheal Richardson refer me to Rey because he was busy. Rey Martinez was a great help when I got there. They lied to me I bought a 2017 Toyota 86 from this dealership and the salesman promised me 3 years of complimentary oil changes. He said I could go to any Toyota dea I bought a 2017 Toyota 86 from this dealership and the salesman promised me 3 years of complimentary oil changes. He said I could go to any Toyota dealer for the first 2 years and after I could only get My free oil changes at north park Toyota. It was a lie! After my second oil change they wanted to charge me $70! And I told the service guy that they had told me I had three years of free oil changes and he said that maybe they were in my coupon book which is located with the owners Manual. I checked but it only had a coupon for one free oil change. I tried talking to the service manager but he refused to keep what the salesman had told me about the 3 years of free oil changes. I’m now planning on buying a tundra but I will definitely not buy it at this dealership. Such a horrible experience that I’ve been thinking about getting an f-150 instead because I just don’t want to deal with Toyota again if they lie in order to get people to buy their cars. I would definitely not recommend this dealership. More
