Just bought a certified used Truck Have had it for less than two weeks Loud noise (intake manifold) first start in the morning. They said they fix it but didn’t. BLUF: The professionalism, customer service, and customer care was fantastic! I can’t say enough about Casper and his team at North Park Lincoln! You won’t be disappointed! It was time for a new truck. I care was fantastic! I can’t say enough about Casper and his team at North Park Lincoln! You won’t be disappointed! It was time for a new truck. I had looked at about six other dealerships, and had a few options. Casper reached out and told me he would like to help in my search. I gave him all the specifics I was looking for in a vehicle to include what I was willing to pay. I told him I had another vehicle that I needed to look at and the chances that we were going to purchase it were high. This did not stop him from searching his lot and other lots he had at his disposal. A day went by, and he reached out to see if I had made a purchase. The vehicle I intended to purchase at another lot had been sold. Casper said he would bring the truck to his lot from another lot he had access to, so we could see if it fit my needs. The truck was perfect! He hit the mail on the head. Now, could he give me no hassle service and not play the back and forth game with price? He sure did. NO HASSLE and the purchase was made without spend ridiculous hours at the dealership. No hassle and straight forward. This goes for his entire team. Start to finish. When I say start to finish, finish was months after my purchase. The truck was still under warranty with only 7,000 miles. So it was still covered bumper to bumper! Long story short, I had an issue with the interior cab lights which TOYOTA WOULD NOT FIX! I let Casper know to see if he could help. This dealership could have wrote me off as a sale and told me they cant help. BUT THEY DIDN’T. I went in, Casper and his team got me in contact with the service manager, who told me they could definitely help. One the spot, they ordered the lights and 5 days later they came into the shop and my truck was fixed. That simple. Customer service and customer care are the cornerstones of this dealership and the people that work there. If you are in need of a vehicle, new or used, give them a shot. I know I will! More
