First of all, I drove from Austin to buy an Escalade from them. When I got there, they tried to lowball me on the trade which we had sent pictures and videos of and had already agreed to numbers on. Not to mention my trade was another Escalade that was just 2 yrs older than what I was buying. When I was in finance, Lynette I think I was her name was talking a big game about how she’d “hook me up” with great pricing to honor that my husband was also in the car business. I requested the same warranties that I came there with. She told me that I would get an extended warranty that was even better than my current one side - which didn’t expire until 125,000 miles. Fast forward one year..:.my car needs the whole front wheel hub replaced. I present my extended warranty to the Cadillac dealership. It expired at 60000 miles. This is unacceptable. Cadillac has a bumper to bumper warranty that covers until 50000 miles naturally. I would have never been ok with an extended warranty expiring just 10000 miles later. That doesn’t even make sense. Reached out to that dealership, they don’t work with that warranty company any more so I’m just screwed out of $1100 and my peace of mind that I thought I was signing up for because they have dirty finance people and bad business practices. Buyer beware!!! Do not trust these people they are obviously not people of their word. More
