On 5/16 23 I paid $3,796. 00 . At that time advisor said if I got all that work done my car would be like new and wouldn’t need anything more for along time. Ha! Ha on me for b 00 . Ha on me for believing Toyota. 8 months later I thought I was just coming in for routine fluids service and ended up getting more work done and I could only afford a partial of what they suggested. My recent visit to the Toyota car service at NoHo left me feeling underwhelmed. While the overall experience was not terrible, there were certainly areas that could be improved upon. Upon arrival, I found feeling underwhelmed. While the overall experience was not terrible, there were certainly areas that could be improved upon. Upon arrival, I found the staff to be courteous but somewhat disorganized. Despite having made an appointment, there was still a bit of a wait before my car was attended to. The quality of the service itself was average. The technicians seemed competent, but it felt like they were rushing through the inspection and maintenance process. While my car was returned to me in decent condition, there were a couple of minor issues that I had expected would be addressed but weren't. Communication during the service could have been better. I would have appreciated more updates on the status of my vehicle, as I felt a bit in the dark throughout the process. In conclusion, my experience with the Toyota car service was neither exceptional nor terrible. It was a par service that met basic expectations but left room for improvement in terms of organization and communication. More
