Brought car in for a regular oil change first appointment in the morning. When dropped car, since the person in charge for Uber hasn't arrived to work on-time, I wasn't able to get Uber drop off service. At in the morning. At the time off car drop off Russ Pascal told me my car would be ready in about 2-2:30 hours. When barely made it home received a phone call at 7:40 that the car is ready. If their estimated time was accurate I could've waited there for 40-45 minutes. I asked if I can have Uber pickup instead since it wasn't available at the time of drop off, he said they don't do that. Unfortunately, I've never beed impressed with North Hollywood Toyota's customer service since I've purchased Toyota in 2023. The only reason this service center works for me is the location. Also a lounge or seating area for customers is a most for service center area. More
