Brought my 2004 Toyota Highlander in for a general service, a radiator leak and an oil leak. I went into this dealership wondering what was going to need replacing and what it was going to cost. Left service, a radiator leak and an oil leak. I went into this dealership wondering what was going to need replacing and what it was going to cost. Left the dealership happy that the oil leak was addressed and the radiator replaced and the service advisor was able to keep the cost of repair reasonable. The staff and the service was great. More

Went in to get my brake pads changed, they were a bit squeaky. 10 minutes after I dropped off the truck I get a call from Alonso letting me know that my pads are at 8mm and are “basically new” and that h squeaky. 10 minutes after I dropped off the truck I get a call from Alonso letting me know that my pads are at 8mm and are “basically new” and that he couldn’t change the pads since there was lots of life left on the current pads. He offered to clean and lubricate the braking system at a very minimal cost (basically the labor of removing the tires). I love how honest and trustworthy this service center is. Keep up the great work! More
