I never get a call returned when I’m told “they will get right back to me”. Customer service is not good. I’ve had no problem getting my vehicle serviced but when it comes to answering my questions and ge right back to me”. Customer service is not good. Alfonso was much nicer and more professional than some of the other attendants I’ve had before. Like one who suggested I (a woman) have my brother check my oil for me.
