Russ was beyond accommodating. I have owned Toyotas since 2007, and this was my second one. It was a 2017, and had just paid it off. I've always come to the dealership to take care I have owned Toyotas since 2007, and this was my second one. It was a 2017, and had just paid it off. I've always come to the dealership to take care of the servicing. Over the years, sometimes I saw Russ, and sometimes another service representative. Russ took care of my servicing last month, and came to my aid when my engine light came on. He treated me like he was the owner of his own mechanic shop. Without trying to intentionally sway me, he would be honest enough to tell me the status of my Toyota. I truly appreciate his integrity, and devotion as a loyal employee to the company and brand. I also appreciate him for taking care of me and my Toyota that still has life in it. Especially since I want to enjoy it a little more, as it is still good enough for a trade-in. More
