I had an appointment for 11:20 and that was all I needed and it took 3 1/2 hours and I was waiting. Ridiculous wait time. They added windshield wiper fluid, didn’t check it because that’s outside the scope of their coupon, could only do a ‘visual’ inspection. Failed to note there’s a leak. Instead of apologizing rep (Alex) had an attitude “what do you want me to do about it?” I guess if you use a coupon (from them) you get crap service. They’re going to hope you don’t notice an error instead of just informing you, so you can decide what to do. More
