Car was supposed to arrive at dealership on a Tuesday evening. I said I’d pick it up on Thursday. When I arrived I got a voicemail that the car was in Long Beach and Tim was going to go get it. Since I l evening. I said I’d pick it up on Thursday. When I arrived I got a voicemail that the car was in Long Beach and Tim was going to go get it. Since I live in South Pasadena and didn’t want to drive back and forth I opted to wait. Why didn’t someone call me on Wednesday? I know Tim was off but it should have been given to someone else. The story ended happily. I was given the same car with more options for the same price. When it was time to pay (cash) we hit a snag because nobody told me they needed to check my credit, which was frozen with passwords at home. Eventually he found a way. This all adds up to miscommunications, which was frustrating. More
