I don’t understand the reason for having a scheduled appointment at 8:40 am when I still had to wait 4 hours for my car. I was given an ETA of 2-3 hours. At 12:00 pm which was over 3 hours past my promi appointment at 8:40 am when I still had to wait 4 hours for my car. I was given an ETA of 2-3 hours. At 12:00 pm which was over 3 hours past my promised time, I went to look for my service advisor Jack whom I was told was on lunch. Angel was kind enough to help check on the ETA of my car. He told me they were still working on my car and to check back in 30 minutes. I did not get my car back until 4 hours later. Sadly enough I purchased my car at this dealership and this was also the first time I had my car serviced by you. I was told it was a “holiday weekend” but Easter Sunday is not a holiday nor would it be an acceptable excuse to wait so long for car service. I will not be bringing my car back to your dealership unless I can be guaranteed an acceptable promise time for service. Had I been told that it would be a busy “holiday weekend” I would not have wasted my time and scheduled for another day or dealership. More

People are really rude and very harassing. They lied to me and put $1999 in accessories which they never asked me if I wanted to purchased. The financial person did not give me a copy of the contract neither explained anything about the contract. He gave me a flash drive only and I had to come back to the dealer the next day. There were different people I explained to them and they told me to cancel the contract, they did not show interest to help me. I just waisted my two days trying to purchase my car. I’m very disappointed of Dealer Toyota in North Hollywood. I returned the car and I got a lot of stress. More

Misha took very good care of me throughout the process. I had no intention of trading my car in when I walked in to the Dealership - but Misha gave me great alternatives - so I drove in with my Ford Fusio I had no intention of trading my car in when I walked in to the Dealership - but Misha gave me great alternatives - so I drove in with my Ford Fusion and drove out in my new 2025 Corolla. Misha took time to show me how to use all the bells and whistles and assured me I could call him anytime with any questions that arise. Thank you Misha.
