Easy to book - able to do online and got appointment date and time I wanted. Had to be serviced for fuel pump recall. Was in an out a little less time than they anticipated. I made my appt online for what I thought was an oil change. It was actually for my recall (I needed both done). I called the service dept and asked to add on the oil change and was told I was all set change. It was actually for my recall (I needed both done). I called the service dept and asked to add on the oil change and was told I was all set. My email confirmation lists Seth as the advisor. When got there for these services I was told by the advisor that I was not in for an oil change and that my vehicle needed to have less than a 1/2 tank of gas (which was not relayed to me by Seth) so luckily I did have less than a 1/2 tank because I would have been very upset to have taken the day off for nothing. I just felt that this advisor didn't believe me an he said he found it hard to believe Seth would have not told me these things but I have the confirmation email from Seth updating my appt and he did not tell me about the less than 1/2 tank of gas. Other than that service was good. More
