Alex needs a promotion and a raise! I had to have my Mazda towed to 495 Mazda after blowing a tire and breaking down on the side of the highway. . I basically dropped my car off unannounced. He was able to get it repaired in less than 24 hours. He made what could’ve been terrible a seamless and easy experience. Not to mention he is one of the most pleasant individuals I have ever met.
