I had already done some homework in terms of the Mazda that I was interested in. The dealer did not have the specific model that I was looking for, but that didn't really matter as they provided the closest possible model for me to try. After this test ride, I did some more homework on the specific model, color and other specifications that I was looking for. I went in for a second visit and went for another test drive which convinced me that this was the car that I wanted. The dealer then did a search for the specific vehicle that I wanted and found it. We discussed the price and they offered me a good deal up front without the need to do a lot of haggling. They were able to get the car in one day and prep it for my pickup. I thought that I could get the best loan deal from my existing banking company, but they were able to beat their best rate easily. Sabrina Ramondelli did a great job all through my review of sample cars and ultimate selection of the car I purchased. On the day of the vehicle pick-up, she gave me through a thorough review of all of the vehicle's switches and helped.me to setup up the vehicle's navigation/audio system. She was very professional throughout, yet a very easy person to work with throughout my buying experience. Tom Liddle, the Business Manager, did a very thorough yet efficient job of taking me through all of the necessary paper work for the sale and loan. Jason Cote was also a pleasure to deal with as he helped find the exact car that I was looking very quickly and had it delivered in a single day. Overall my experience with North End Mazda was exceptional. More

They were very knowledgeable about the product and very flexible on the finance end of things without the usual strong arm after market sales tactics you expect when doing the final paper work. I am really happy I shopped there and would definitely consider purchasing from them again. I actually was so happy, that I had my mother come back the next day and purchase a used vehicle that they had on their lot. Both Bob Waite and Jeremy Whitman were very accommodating and I highly recommend either of them. Tom Liddle in financing was very straight forward and easy to deal with as well. They made sure the vehicle had all the options I wanted and the price was what I could afford. I appreciate all the time they gave to me when buying my new vehicle and updating me on all the new features. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is thinking of buying a car whether new or used. Another WONDERFUL experience at North End Madza My 2007 Mazda 626 died and I needed another car. I have been looking online so I had an idea of what I was looking for and the price range. Went to the dealership, explained what I wanted in my car and my monthly payment. Jason Cote figure out the cars that fit my budget criteria. Mark Atkinson then helped me look at cars, with the test drive and explaining the new technology in them and I made a decision. Then we went over the numbers again (including rebates) to be sure it fit my budget before Tom came to do the financing. Tom Liddle did all of the financing paperwork explaining the cost, rebates and additional options I could purchase. It all went smoothly and I set up a pick-up date. On the pick-up date Mark went over all of the items that needed to be set, especially the new technology, made sure I was comfortable in using them and before I left made sure I knew to call him with any questions. Before I left I stopped and Adam helped me purchase new floor mats and install them correctly. This is my 6th new Mazda I've bought at North End and I have all of my servicing done there too. Only place to buy & service a car in my opinion!!!!!! More
