I have been going to this dealership for over 10 years for service with normal great service. The last two time, the service was not the best. The last time they over charged me for my repair and promised for service with normal great service. The last two time, the service was not the best. The last time they over charged me for my repair and promised me a discount that never happened. During my latest visit, the issue that is went in for was not fixed. I had to return the next day on another issue that was not fixed that they knew about. The service personnel has changed so I am not happy with the change. If I took this survey before my last two visits, I would have given them five stars. I did not work with Rob Newton on this visit. There was someone else that was in charge of service. Rob Newton is a great person to work with. I normally receive a price discount for being a long term customer. I have not been given that discount the last two visits. More

On the sales side, Dakota was the consummate professional, immediately establishing rock-solid credibility with us. His transparent honesty was a welcome departure from, well, basically every other car-buying experience we've ever had in 40+ years of buying cars. Dakota led us through the pricing and trade-in process with clarity and aplomb, and at no point did he put one iota of pressure on us. We are confident others will agree that Dakota is incredibly personable and entirely trustworthy, which certainly cannot be said for many in this business. Once we agreed on a deal, Collette in finance joined the process and walked us through everything, again with transparency and patience. She too was warm, friendly and trustworthy, all the while exuding infectious professional confidence. This isn't a car review, per se, but we can only add that on our 30-mile drive home in our new vehicle, we were simply thrilled. Even the base model we bought is just chock full of user-friendly features, including the most up-to-date safety capabilities. A very pleasant car buying experience with Alex. He was happy to explain everything to us and allow us to test drive numerous cars. Very happy with the whole experience and look forward to hopefully equal service quality. I also like that we didn't have to go into the big city(s) to shop. Also, nothing pushy with the available packages to add - they just explained them all and made some gentle recommendations and left it up to us with ZERO pressure. More
