Now with my used ECM I was getting code p0192 fuel rail system bad, and p0315 crankshaft sensor not learned. “ I ask for a diagnostic and possible flush and reprogram. After $690 in diagnostics, I was told I had a bad ECM they can’t reprogram it, and I need the dealership ECU for about $795 and $295 in reprograming along with the $695 for diagnostic they performed, I did confirm extra hours because the technician needed more time to do diagnostic. I complained I should’ve have pay for the diagnostics, how long does it take to find out that a ECM is bad, larry was willing to work with me and take the tax off the final price $1,800. I would go back to larry for service, he just need to be more informative and take time to explain in more detail what the technician is saying, so I can understand the charges. More
DO NOT GO THERE! Took my truck into replace windshield fluid pump and look at loose piece of trim. Estimate for the work was $194. After two hours of waiting, Serv Took my truck into replace windshield fluid pump and look at loose piece of trim. Estimate for the work was $194. After two hours of waiting, Service rep came back with new estimate to replace the pump of $585 (ITS A $20 PUMP) and an estimate to repair the trim of $709. Since they "did the inspection" I had to pay the $194 and got NOTHING fixed. Total rip off. Again, DO NOT GO THERE! More
Advertised a used CTS I was interested in. Called no answer. Called again no answer. Showed up on the lot, no car. I am sure it was still in the service area as it had just been advertised Called no answer. Called again no answer. Showed up on the lot, no car. I am sure it was still in the service area as it had just been advertised, and the pics showed it back there. Got out, waited to be greeted. No one. Walked around the lot, no one. Lingered, no one. Finally started looking at stickers on the other vehicles on the lot, and I found a ton of BS add-ons like $299 for nitrogen for the tires. What?!? And some crappy alarm and paint protection. Looks like they are busy trying to pack on garbage for more profit. I would have left as soon as I saw that anyway. STAY AWAY! More

Came back home after the f Helped my grandpa buy a 2020 at4 last year and it was great the dealership was great until the first oil change they did. Came back home after the first oil change on this 70,000$ truck and they had left the oil drain plug loose so it leaked all over our driveway and we had no truck to use. They took it back supposedly fixed it and sent it back leaking oil again but they didn’t even know until I had mentioned the bottom of the truck still has oil. They proceed to take the truck back a second time and then blame a recall on a gasket on the truck saying that it was GM’s problem. So we sit here waiting for 3 months on a claim from GM to be told they denied our claim. Now North county GMC wants us to take our truck back or sale it back to them for 60,000 dollars. They left both sides of our driveway filled with oil stains that will never come out, 3 months with no truck o wait but they offered a Nissan sentra for a rental. Not even a truck or even a car with equal or greater value. Good luck with getting your expensive vehicles serviced there and dealing with there admin. They are all a joke from there head of director down to the mechanic who left an oil drain plug loose . Highly recommend staying away from this dealership More
