I wanted the dealership to look into an issue with my touchscreen but was told it would be $200.00 for a diagnostic scan. I told them I had purchased a maintenance plan and they told me it was only for touchscreen but was told it would be $200.00 for a diagnostic scan. I told them I had purchased a maintenance plan and they told me it was only for drive train. I have the paperwork showing that it is the “Platinum” maintenance plan. I called the maintenance plan company who said that the screen was covered under the plan. I called the dealership And left a voicemail for the service manager who never returned my call. More

I was mislead on the cost of repairs. I was called back to the dealership under the pretense that the GM would take care of my bill due to all the hassle I was put through.
