We called Shelly and she knew the entire history of the vehicle since it's purchase over 10 years earlier. We brought that first vehicle in and ever since that time all of our vehicles get serviced here and we have recommended Shelly to at least 7 of our friends. PURCHASE AND SERVICE First,we purchased our 2104 FJ Cruiser from Cowboy Toyota in November 2015. The experience was undeniably EXCELLENT. The sales person was one the best I have ever dealt with. Second, we try to maintain our cars and service them when recommended. We live in the Bedford area so driving to Cowboy Toyota was a little difficult for us. So our first oil change and tire rotation we went to the Hurst Toyota Dealership. HUGE MISTAKE!. The service was so rude and pretty sure they didn't even do the tire rotation, service manager said prove it! So needless to say we went back to Cowboy Toyota for service. I CANNOT tell you enough what an EXCELLENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT they have. Shelley is one the best service managers I have ever dealt with. Our FJ is still under warranty and we had an issue with our radio. Shelly was straight up honest with us. She placed the order for our new radio and said it might not be in for 2 weeks. WE were OK with that--HONESTY!. It came in in 3 days!, Then she said they were so busy it might be about 4 days before they could get it out. WE were OK with that--HONESTY! It was done the next day. COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! Cons: There is a lot of construction going on around this dealership. However, don't let that detour you from using them!. I would rather battle the construction and drive 40 miles out of my way to have someone be honest with me than to tell me PROVE WE DIDN'T DO THE WORK!. Pros: COWBOY TOYOTA IS OUR GO TO DEALRSHIP! Also after the purchase of our vehicle we sent pizza to sales department for their excellent service. More

Great Service, Awesome Service Manager First time I have ever taken my FJ in for a non-routine service issue. I had a little grinding noise coming from the front. Shelly Jackowski; Service Manager, and her team correctly diagnosed the issue and took care of the repairs. But the Big Plus was that Shelly was able to determine which repairs were covered by warranty and get the warranty company to approve those repairs. Many times that process can be slow and arduous. Not so in this case. Even if you didn't buy your Toyota from this dealership (Cowboy Toyota), you should most definitely have it serviced here. More

SUPER NICE and helpful Service Department! I was considering purchasing a used Tundra from a non-Toyota Dealer, and I wanted a pre-purchase inspection. After searching for options, I chose Cowb I was considering purchasing a used Tundra from a non-Toyota Dealer, and I wanted a pre-purchase inspection. After searching for options, I chose Cowboy Toyota over a closer Toyota Dealership, simply because their online reviews were considerably better. Shortly after arriving at the Service Department, a female Service Advisor walked out to the truck I'd brought for inspection, and she immediately began to point out issues with the truck. By chance, a veteran mechanic was walking by us and took the time to answer our questions. He then looked under the hood and crawled underneath the truck with his flashlight, noting several serious problems where an attempt had been made to conceal them. Not only did they strongly recommend that I not purchase the truck, they wouldn't even accept any payment for their time or effort. That kind of kindness and customer service are unfortunately rare these days, especially in the car business. These people were super nice, and certainly lived up to their great reputation. I would gladly do business with them in the future! More
