Wonderful Experience! My husband and I went in late on a Thursday night as this was the only time we were both free. We drove over an hour from Denton in rush hour traffic My husband and I went in late on a Thursday night as this was the only time we were both free. We drove over an hour from Denton in rush hour traffic to see if the outstanding reviews held true. They did! We feel it is only right to add to the online praise. We went in already knowing the car we wanted because they offered the best deal in the DFW. The process was very easy and pressure free. We felt as if the dealership was working with us and not against us. We found out during the test drive that this dealership is privately owned and operated and the owners are on-site. The difference is truly felt! Our salesperson, Andrea George-Carrington was WONDERFUL to work with. She really went out of the way to make sure the car was available for us to drive home in since it was recently delivered to the dealership. We felt welcomed by everyone we came into contact with and were given some great advice from manager Josh (I believe this is his name) who owns the same vehicle. We also appreciated Armando's advice on extending our warranty based on our projected driving habits (very long commute). The whole team seems very dedicated and we enjoyed our time. We LOVE our new ride and, being Toyota people, plan to return for future cars! So worth hour plus drive across town. Great service and peace of mind are priceless! More

The most professional and helpful dealer. I contacted three dealers. Toyota of Plano, Toyota of Richardson and Cowboy Toyota. Plano and Richardson did not search for a vehicle other than to I contacted three dealers. Toyota of Plano, Toyota of Richardson and Cowboy Toyota. Plano and Richardson did not search for a vehicle other than to tell me they did not have any 2019’s yet. If they did, they did not tell me. Cowboy Toyota communicated with me, searched for and found one on a ship enroute to Houston. I knew every step of the process and there were no surprises, except that the car arrived at the dealer a few days before I expected it. So that was a pleasant surprise.
