I usually might have brought a car home because I needed the car but for sure it makes my blood pressure high dealing with jerks. This is the second time I worked with an awesome Fleet Manager. The first one dead of cancer and I miss him. Karen was very helpful, reminded me of the kind hearted people in the medical field. She gave a reasonable quote and showed us what we wanted. My son got a RAV Adventure 2019. I am looking forward to purchase another car through her for me, family and friends. I strongly believe she won’t disappoint when saving time and money in a dealership without popping an artery. More

Pedro is the man! I wasn’t fully sure that I wanted a Toyota when I first came to the dealership. But after meeting Pedro and driving the 2019 Camry, I was like 95% sur I wasn’t fully sure that I wanted a Toyota when I first came to the dealership. But after meeting Pedro and driving the 2019 Camry, I was like 95% sure. Went and test drove a few other on the list, but nothing made me as happy as the Camry, and no other salesperson was as awesome as Pedro. He let us test drive both the V6 and the 4 cylinder camrys so I could decide which engine was best, and even the Rav4 just because I *might* want an SUV. Once I made my choice of the V6 Camry, Pedro made everything smooth. They had to get exactly what I wanted from Longview, but you would have though it was no big deal from how easy they made it for us. Best car buying experience in the world! More

They gave us fair value for trade in on first round and even came down on the new car without us asking. I never had to ask for a money change at all. Pedro Flores (sales) set excellent expectations on pricing and with everything in general. Richard Breaud (finance) was able to answer our concerns easily and didn’t push us on “extras” that usually they try to sell us. He gave us the options and let us decide. Not pushy! There was a 2019, Rav 4, bright blue, in the bay that my husband and I kept staring at. Test drive the Rav 4 & liked the visibility from all windows on the inside. Lot better visibility on the inside than the CHR. Also liked the automatic lift on the back. I kept going back and forth on two vehicles and colors driving poor Karen nuts.
