Best car buying experience of my life. I totaled my 2012 SRX and had been looking for a replacement for almost a month. Ken and I shopped online thru all the usual auto sights. Two separate times we drove to Dallas to make a purchase only to be disappointed with the “deal”. I found a 2015 Escalade at Cowboy Toyota and sent them an email telling them I was interested in it. I got a quick call from LUIS SANTOS. I told him I was two and a half hours away and if he would accept my offer I would drive there to hopefully buy it. He called me back with good news and bad news. The good news was they accepted my offer. The bad news was I was about to have a car payment. Lol. I have to tell you the Escalade was the color I wanted and in like new condition. It had low miles and was loaded. I told Luis if they don’t try to stack on fees in the finance department we had a deal. BRENT SAULTERS closed the deal. He was polite and awesome making everything about our car buying deal perfect. I highly recommend LUIS SANTOS and Cowboy Toyota to anyone wanting a new or used car. This was the BEST auto buying experience of my life! I’m a really happy customer not only with the deal I got, the car I purchased, but with the dealership as a whole.
