I brought my 2010 Tundra to Cowboy Toyota for state inspection, oil and filter change service, and, to locate the source of a clunking noise under the passenger side floor. While picking up my just-serviced vehicle, a new Tundra on display at the Service Drive entrance caught my eye. By 2:00 pm that same day, I was found myself smiling, as i joyfully drove home in my brand new 2020 Tundra TRD PRO. i enjoyed the buying experience, as I got a very good deal on my new Tundra. Walt Parker was very easy to work with while making my decision, and Josh answered all my questions with an unexpected calm and confidence. i was equally as impressed by the thoroughness and professionalism i experienced in the Finance Office. Cowboy Toyota has come a long, long way in earning my business! i have fond memories of several service incidents that could have resulted in "less than desirable results" for me as a customer, those incidents having been professionally handled by Justin Auchter, who has always made me feel that my satisfaction and my expectations are what's important to him.
