The whole process, from beginning to end, was seamless, efficient and stress-free. No high-pressure sales techniques, long waits or uncomfortable negotiations. Karen was very easy to work with, and I would recommend her to anyone. Richard in the finance office was also very nice and easy to work with - we appreciated his low-key demeanor and the fact that there was no pressure to buy extra warranties, etc. If we buy another Toyota, we will buy it from Cowboy!
