I purchased via the internet initially and Liane immediately stood out from the other three contacted Toyota dealers because of clear responses that showed details of the cars matching my initial criteria with clear pricing information. The other dealers seemed determined to give incomplete responses while soliciting a phone conversation. Liane interacted via email (my preference) until a car matching our final criteria was located at a price I found appealing. Visiting the dealership to drive the car and finalize the arrangements was extremely pleasant. Liane took extra time to show my wife all of the features of the car and even took the time to pair my wife's iPhone to the Highlander. Liane was complimented by Richard Breaud in finance who provided a pleasant closing experience. I am 55 years old and have purchased many cars over time.
