Tommy Litmixay was very friendly and courteous however I also had the tires rotated but wasn’t informed that the charge didn’t include balancing which I thought was very odd. This was my second time using Norm Reeves Honda NRH and it could’ve been better. I had to dispute a fee that was not explained to me, got my car back and none of the panels were placed back.
