Service has gone downhill since Norm Reeves took over Huggins Honda. I've had my car serviced 3 times since it became Norm Reeves and each time I pick up my car, there was a problem that was a result of Huggins Honda. My visit went very smoothly. Service advisor Scott Gerlikovski reviewed needed maintenance in regard to mileage as well as years(My Honda is a little over 13 yrs old). The spare key fob broke when I inserted the key to check current mileage. The fob was repaired on the spot! I appreciated the Uber ride both to and from the dealership as I have no other transportation. A very pleasant efficient experience. I Got my car back with some things undone. (Not put back to where it was originally). Did not check charging system or state anything about it during pickup.
