I've had an ongoing issue with the collision mitigation and Lane departure systems. The y've promised to fix it, but always find an excuse not to. My car brakes unexpectedly and inappropriately. It's almost caused me to get "rear-ended" a number of times. Guess they're waiting for me to get in an accident or for my warranty to expire? I was told that I would hear from someone in management, but no one bothered to call. Also, my sound system goes out periodically. My whole sound system was replaced, but the system still goes out, so the problem still exists. They did finally fix the phantom electrical drain. If this non-customercentric attitude is the type of service you want then this dealership is probably a good fit. However, if you want a dealership that cares about their customers then you may want to go elsewhere. More
Bait and switch scam when quoted for a price to buy my used vehicle. Went through the process with Kelly Blue Book and Norm Reeves reached out to me! I told them all the specs including my actual VIN they agreed with the quote from KBB- stating they may even be able to do more depending upon their inspection. Set an appointment, taking time off of work and the rep (Wes Tucker) didn’t even bother to show up! Jody Kirk then informed me that this was just a way to get people in the door, that he has no intention of buying the car. He said “this is a tough part of the sales process”. And when I directly said “so this is a bait and switch?” He replied saying “if you want to call it that.”. He laughed, mocked and gaslit me as he simultaneously talked trade-ins. They were sleazy and scammy. An utter waste of time and the true definition of used car salesmen. More
