Overall, I think this dealership would be very good for relatively new cars. However, their text message asking for approval of recommended services did not work well when I chose my answers. So the service advisor had to call me and get my answers over the phone. Secondly I have a 2003 Honda pilot (21 years old). I bought it new at that same dealership under a different name, but they don’t have records for my whole time of ownership. Thirdly, they returned the car to me with a loose battery connection on the positive terminal. The connector was in poor shape, but they didn’t suggest that I get a new battery cable or anything else to fix the problem. So, I wasn’t aware of the problem until two days later when I tried to use the car and there was no electricity coming into the car, and, of course, I couldn’t start it. After much frustration and anxiety, I called the dealership and we determined that it was a loose battery connection. They should not have returned the car in this condition without giving me an estimate to fix it or at least letting me know there was a problem. More

The advisors are great, but the technicians are pretty bad. They always tend to break something that was perfectly fine when you brought it in, but now they want to charge hundreds to fix.
