I was in need of service for my car and called to make an appointment. I asked if they knew Bryan and they said yes. I asked them to recommend someone who was like Bryan, and who they trusted their car with. I selected Robert Gonzalez, I was impressed with his customer service, the Helpful Honda guy offered me shuttle service, answered all my concerns, kept me updated on the status of my car, and documented my service in my record book.
