I had a very good experience at NORM Reeves Honda in Cerritos when I bought my 2021 Civic EX Hatchback! My sales agent was Michael Porter and he was very courteous, helpful, and patient with me. He was very thorough in going through the sales process with me. The finance agent Amir Fanous was also very helpful, and made sure I got the best deal possible. They will try to sell you an extended warranty (backed by Honda Care so it's legit) and security system but you can easily just say no to either. I ended up getting a good APR and got the warranty, which I can cancel at any time within 60 days anyway if I change my mind. Michael Porter (sales) also fixed any minor issues I discovered because the car was certified pre-owned. age did right by me. You can trust these guys. I would buy from them again! More
