I just wanted to comment about my recent experience at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore. To be honest, I've always dreaded the notion of shopping for a new vehicle. I anticipated that I would feel pressured a Norm Reeves Honda Superstore. To be honest, I've always dreaded the notion of shopping for a new vehicle. I anticipated that I would feel pressured and that the salesperson would not be knowledgable regarding any questions that I may have. Fortunately for me, I was wrong; the moment I came into contact with the salesperson, Shawn Shahnawaz, I knew that I would have the car shopping experience that I was desperately hoping for. Shawn was very genuine, friendly, and personable. He was very thorough in explaining everything that I needed to know about the vehicle- the history, the features, the mileage, the price, etc. I am giving this dealership a "5" rating because I did not once feel pressured the entire time I was there. When I got around to interacting with the finance manager, Daniel Carmolinga, he was able to meticulously explain the terms of my purchase. He was more than happy to repeat anything that I didn't understand the first time around. Another reason for this "5" rating is because of the vehicle itself. I purchased a used 2007 Honda Accord EX-L (Navy Blue). It is a beautiful car from the exterior to the interior. But we all know that there is more to a vehicle than just the appearance. Well, I am happy to report that the car drives like a luxury car and it is one smooth ride! I feel safe on the road and the vehicle is easy to maneuver. These days, I'm not minding my long commute to and from work! Needless to say, I am more than satisfied with my purchase. The years will go by quickly and before you know it, it will be time for me to purchase another vehicle. There is no doubt in my mind that Norm Reeves Honda Superstore will remain my dealer of choice.
