Mr. Brian Chen was my salesman. He did an excellent job for my husband and I. I felt comfortable with him and we trusted him. He was very professional and down to earth. When we went to Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos, it wasn't our first time. The first time we went we had Nick Pin as our sales representative and on that day he was an absolute joy to be around, but no more than first time. The first time we went we had Nick Pin as our sales representative and on that day he was an absolute joy to be around, but no more than 5 months, we visited him again hoping to get another car. This time we were focused on the 2013 Honda Accord Coupe, and Nick was phenominal. He didn't just get us that 2013 Honda Accord Coupe but he got us a really great deal on it too. I'd recommend EVERYONE to see Nick because there's no other salesman who can help you like he did. If you are looking for a Honda any time, go to Cerritos, go to Norm Reeves Honda and see Nick Pin, I can't thank him enough for helping us with how he did. BEST SALES REPRESENTATIVE!!! More

When I purchased my 2012 civic I told the salesman that I wanted to be at $350 a month. And not to waste my time. He came back with $425 I told him no I want $350. The next offer he gave me was $400 and I to wanted to be at $350 a month. And not to waste my time. He came back with $425 I told him no I want $350. And finally he came back with $341 I said ok and he said he's getting me a 2 year warranty on my tires so if ANYTHING happens to them to let him know...... Now of course with my bad luck 3 months later I get a nail in my tire. I had a tech check it and he said I need a new tire. So I called this store and got bounced around from service to manager to finance. And not 1 person had a answer for me so I had to buy a new tire. THEN I had a sticker in my car saying the 1st oil change would be free but I didn't know that it was only valid at this store so I ended up paying for a oil change at another Honda. I can't wait till I get my survey from this store so I can give them a big fat 0!!! More
