Dan is very friendly and goes out of his way to help the customer. He also is very frank when negotiating pricing. The final price was reasonable and justified, so you won't feel cheated. We had some hang-ups regarding the financing, but he smoothed everything out. He is also very accessible should you need to contact him afterwards, as we did in order to get a buyer's guide. There was also another friendly salesperson although I didn't catch his name since he was new and didn't have a business card yet. He was very amicable during the test drive and satisfactorily answered all my questions regarding the car. Overall I was very satisfied and would highly recommend Norm Reeves.
