Amazing service I went into this dealership as a last stop on a day of car shopping. I thought I wasn't going to be able to get something I wanted for the price I co I went into this dealership as a last stop on a day of car shopping. A year ago he assisted with my daughters very first car purchase he stayed with us every step of the way in the Finance Department he basically took over Lol! Once he realized its ok to leave us he did but came back to check on us. He didn't leave us hanging as if we were just a sale. He followed up on us and the vehicle. Here it is a year later, I called very frustrated I needed a car had no money down just a gas guzzler trade in that I was attached to. I said Hello Dan it's Derichia, he said hello and called me by my last name, I thought he forgot us, I told him my circumstance and asked if he thought I could get a car? Dan said come in let I can put you in a car that will save you a lot of money by eliminating paying so much on gas what do you think about a 2014? I said absolutely! I turned around from where I was going and went to Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos, friends the best decision I ever made I received discounts and they paid for my trade in. Finance did an Amazing job with getting me the car note I desired. He said, your family now and we take care of our family here. They sure did no exaggeration! I received No's several times due to my situation I was so afraid id get another No!but this dealership worked with the banks so I finally got a YES! thank you Ziggy in Finance and Dan Stone for going above and beyond for me for the second time.
