Great service I've had other experience with other dealership but this Honda dealership did a great job. Roberto helped me out, he was knowledgable with the vehicle I've had other experience with other dealership but this Honda dealership did a great job. It was an easy sell, and Luis is low key and extremely professional. I highly recommend working with Mr. Gomez when going to Norm Reeves to purchase a Honda. He has excellent listening skills , and was not pushing his agenda, but rather meeting my wants. He guided me through the whole purchase process, kept in contact with me during the day of the purchase, as I had some doctor appointments to attend to before going to the finance department to close the deal. He worked with the service department on making sure my security system was activated and protective coatings were applied inside and outside on the car in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with such a professional sales representative, and with Mr. Gomez you will want to buy a Honda.. Loving my CRV, Linda Hodgin More

Total Disappoinment We were so unfortunate to end up in this dealership. When when arrived we were greeted by a very knowledgeable and friendly sales associate (unfortuna We were so unfortunate to end up in this dealership. When when arrived we were greeted by a very knowledgeable and friendly sales associate (unfortunately can't remember his name) that offered us a 0% APR and $1000 off on a 2015 CRV EX. Once inside the store David Llamas took over the sale and that's when everything went south. After running my credit (Which is excellent) we were informed by David that we didn't qualify for the 0% APR, nor for the $1000 off that we were initially offered, instead we were offered a 3.99% APR and no discount on the vehicle. And to top it all off, it took them almost 5 hours to give us our vehicle. I was continuously been told "It's being washed". After exchanging several text messages and calls, David ended up getting into an argument with me and said "If you want we can cancel all this". Once again I completely regret making any business with Norm Reeves Honda... More

Ty Trieu provided a wonderful job from the moment we worked with him with the paperwork and even weeks after we bought the car.
