I am an older woman and my family wanted me to have a reliable, safe, and good-looking auto at this time. My son-in-law has dealt with Tom Simons several times in the past at Norm Reeves Honda in Cerrito reliable, safe, and good-looking auto at this time. My son-in-law has dealt with Tom Simons several times in the past at Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos and had high regard for him. He took me to meet with Tom and I found him to be so helpful and giving of his time and cheerful all the while. He found me the car I wanted to lease and for the price I can afford...a very good deal, indeed. I then met with Mr Mucio Sanchez who handled the financial end of the lease agreement. He, too, was such a nice person and so efficient. All in all, everyone made this a really positive experience and I highly recommend Norm Reeves Honda of Cerritos. They take good care of you. I'm so happy with my new silver Honda Civic LX! More

I have known Kim Kelly for 3 years. She assisted me before with a lease and now with a purchase. She is knowledgable, friendly, courteous, and patient in answering my questions. She is extremely helpful and has excellent communication skills. From the time I got there until the time I left other sales associates would pass by and say hello and ask if I needed anything. I was very pleased with the experience. I pre-qualified online prior to going in. I was contacted by phone within a short period. Chris called me directly and I asked how much time it would take to complet online prior to going in. I was contacted by phone within a short period. Chris called me directly and I asked how much time it would take to complete the transaction as I run my own business. He informed me that it would take about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. I was going to go in the next day, but I was able to clear my schedule and go by. I was in and out in less than 2 hrs. The smoothest and most gratifying experience that I have efver had getting a car. I would recommend Noprm Reeves to everyone. More

After visiting a few Honda Dealerships we went to Norm Reeves Honda of Cerritos and were greeted by Kevin Harris. We had a difficult time at other dealers but Kevin Harris and Sonny Wu helped my wife and Reeves Honda of Cerritos and were greeted by Kevin Harris. What a great salesman. I never felt like I was being pushed. We had come from another dealership in Cerritos (an American brand) and I felt pushed and given a real guilt sell... "we worked hard for you to get this deal"... "My boss really put himself out for you"... ugh! I couldn't get out of there fast enough! Kim Kelly was very nice and informative about the Honda CR-V that I purchased. She was the reason I chose Norm Reeves Cerritos. I felt comfortable talking with her and did not feel pressured into anythin CR-V that I purchased. She was the reason I chose Norm Reeves Cerritos. I felt comfortable talking with her and did not feel pressured into anything. I contacted about 5 Honda dealers to see who had the best price which Norm Reeves Cerritos did but that isn't the only reason I purchased my CR-V there. Kim Kelly was wonderful and I will be recommending her in the future to anyone who is in the market for a Honda. :) More
