I first met Brian in the service dept and asked him for a s/p recommendation because I was interested in buying a car. I can't say how much I appreciate Brian's recommendation of Herb. Herb was very informative and took time to explain all the details of my purchase. My first interest was in a used model but after talking to Herb I decided it made more sense to purchase a new because of the excellent interest rate. I appreciate Herb's patience and he made it more exciting for me buying the new car. I really hate the process of looking for and buying a car (too time consuming and I don't like sales people (smile) even though I work in the radio business. Herb is an excellent sales person and he even programmed my favorite radio stations in my suv. I would highly recommend Herb. Frank Wong is also very informative and considerate and kind of weird to see he can write up side down. It was kind of hard for me to concentrate on what he was explaining to me because I was so in awe of him writing up side down. Last but not least, Brian Bauman is so awesome too. I did hug him (hope that wasn't too inappropriate) but it meant a lot to me that he recommended Herb. I think Brian should be promoted and given a big pay raise. I just got my brand new Honda Civic LX this past sunday. I love the car I LOVE the amazing deal. The person helping us was Avery Richey, I would HIGHLY recommend this man to help you on your car sales. He w I love the car I LOVE the amazing deal. He ran around doing what he needed to do to make us happy. I can't say enough amazing things about his performance! Also the Financing Manager whose name was Dan I believe was also very nice & helpful. Buuut.... The price Protection Guarantee that they advertise is quite hard to get. 3 Days later I found the same car in Concord Honda for about a grand less then I bought my car for. I showed the sales Manager the ad and he said we had to get a Purchase order WITH the Managers Signature from the OTHER dealership. I asked if the other dealer could fax it to me (since its in Northern California) He told me " Unfortunately not" No where on there ad for their Price Protection does it say that thats what you need to do. It just says "Our exclusive Price Protection Guarantee offers you additional peace of mind on what you pay. It states that, if you find the same new Honda for less within five days, Norm Reeves will pay you the difference or buy your car back. To date, we haven’t found a better offer than this." I even went as far to call the CHEAPER dealer and ask if that was the sticker price with no additions to the car and he said "YES no incentive thats OUR price" It was very frustrating. (argued with the manager for 45 minutes this is the short version) Over all love my car love my deal was just annoyed with their Guarantee. I do HIGHLY recommend if you are planning to buy a car here ask for Avery Richey as your salesman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He did more for us then we could imagine!!!!!!!!! More

Frank took me through the finance part of the transaction. I did not feel pressured any step of the way. He was up beat and very nice! After finance was done. Tom and Marcus met me in the lobby and took me out to my brand new car. Yeah! They seemed to be as thrilled as I was. I guess my excitement was contagious. Tom spent a "great" deal of time showing me all the details on everything from the dash board controls... to how to set my favorite stations on the radio. Also how to use the Aux in order to hook up the i-pod to the radio. ( This was the most important detail for my teenage kids) What a great team! Can't say enough. I am a Honda girl for sure!
