We came in a couple days later just to "look around". I wanted to get the new Honda Cr-Z so bad but my mom said it was not possible. As we were working out the numbers it at first looked dim because our trade-in was very upsidedown. Mark tried his hardest to get the payments just where we wanted it. He came back after talking to the financier and said I was the new owner of a CR-Z!! This guy is amazing. I know if we went anywhere else this would not have happined. I would definately recommend this guy to anyone that is looking to get a great deal and pleasent experience. He was kind, respectfull, funny, and trustworthy. I bought my 2007 honda Accord SE and decided to have the windows tinted from the dealership. Upon delivery of my car my sale associate and I walked all around my BRAND new car and admired it. He took it to windows tinted from the dealership. Upon delivery of my car my sale associate and I walked all around my BRAND new car and admired it. He took it to the back so the windows could get tinted and and a short time later came came with my new car, windows tinted. I drove a short distance home to show off my new car to family and friends when my friend noticed it had SCRATCHES, deep scratches, the entire rear of the car! the scratches were so deep that i had paint curls!!! I immediately called the dealer and told them of the scratches and I was told to come back. My salesman assured me that the scratches would get buffed out and my car would be fine... the had the entire rear of my BRAND NEW car buffed and the scratches were still there. I was told to bring it back tomorrow and my car would get detailed and remove the scratches. I brought my car back and was given a rental so my NEW car could get sent to the BODY SHOP! A week later I was called to pick up my car and when I arrived the scratches were still there and my car smelled of FAST FOOD! (no more new car smell) At this point the manager to the dealership was called and I demanded to receive a new vehicle. My demand was declined! The very next day I took my car to 3 body shops to get estimates of the damages. All three came out around 2,500. I was told the entire rear of my car would have to get painted!!! I returned to Norm Reeves and showed the manager the estimates and was told that they would gladly paint my NEW car for me!! I declined that stupid offer and told him to give me a new car without 2,500 worth of scratches or take 2,500 off my loan balance! he gave me a flat out NO. At that point I told him I would see him in court! I filed in small claims court for the damages plus fees and expenses, 4,200. I was award 4,200! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, EVER! More

I had been looking for almost a month for a car either used or new. Honestly I just wanted the specific car I was looking for and finally when I got to the Norms Reeves Honda in Cerritos, I finally found used or new. It was my dream car and the sales manager, Sonny Wu, was spectacularly nice and friendly. I didn't have much down payment to offer and could afford less than the suggested monthly payment however he worked with my mom and I to create the perfect deals with me regardless of my insufficient credit score being a full-time student. This was the first car I had saved up for two years and paid for with my own hard earned cash. Saving up for two years and the build up of excitement was definitely not disappointed at Norms Reeves Honda with Sonny Wu. He was an extremely nice man who shared that his own son had recently graduated as well and was attending the same university as me! All I know is that if you go here all you need to do is ask for the sweet Asian man, Sonny Wu. Also the sales representative who introduced me to this amazing man was named Richard, I think? And he was very nice as well first in assisting me as soon as I reached the dealership. He convinced me that the 2012 model was way better than the 2011 Civic Coupe and happily to say I am a proud owner of a 2012 Black Civic Coupe thanks to these wonderful people. More
