I was extremely impressed by the service I received when purchasing a new car with Lito Bayas. I have been researching for days and getting estimates onlines on a new Honda Civic. I finally decided to visit purchasing a new car with Lito Bayas. I have been researching for days and getting estimates onlines on a new Honda Civic. I finally decided to visit the dealership, fully intending on only "taking a look" at the new 2013 2 door Honda civic. Lito approached me on the lot and answered all my questions and was very friendly in the process. I must admit, I felt like I was being quite frustrating asking repetitive questions but Lito was very patient and he did not seem like he was trying to upsell me the car at all. After taking the car for a test drive, I found myself discussing financing and signing a contract on a brand new car. I was shocked that I was approved for such a great deal and will recommend this dealership, and Lito in particular to all my friends. Thank you so much! I love my new civic! More

Sales associate Nick Pin was very friendly and helpful. He found the car we were looking for (2013 Fit Sport). He helped a lot in sealing the deal. The negotiation and transaction went easy. I checked tire pressures and found rear tires had low pressure and front tires over-inflated. The tires were not checked and inflated properly by the technician at the dealer. Easy fix but I would have preferred more attention to detail. Anyway It's always good to verify tire pressure and fluid levels of the car. More
