We had an early appointment with Ed Mahdavi to have an appraisal on a possible trade-in and hopef What a great experience my daughter and I had today! We had an early appointment with Ed Mahdavi to have an appraisal on a possible trade-in and hopefully having my daughter drive away in a brand new Honda! Well I have to say Ed, together with the sales manager and Darrell from finance went two for two! At first I wasn't sure we were going to be able to do this deal because of the trade in, ( a 5 series BMW with high mileage) and my daughter had no expectation of driving a new car anytime soon! But the nice thing about Ed and his team is we all got on the same sheet of music at the very beginning and my daughter got out from under a bad situation with that Beemer and now she is behind the wheel of a fine automobile!! (2014 Honda Civic). And her payments are exactly where they needed to be. Ed and his sales manager were very courteous and assisted us in getting the numbers to work for us.
