We had previously purchased a car and had an awful experience with a different sales person and that's why we were thinking of getting away from norm reeves for good, but thanks to Diego we stayed loyal customers. Not only did he give us a ridiculously low price on a brand new 2014 accord sport, but he also gave us a super low interest rate! Our payment only went up 50$ from a 2010 accord! It was such a great deal ! He also didn't play games with us. We told him exactly what we wanted to pay and he delivered! Great Car Purchase Experience My husband and I were in the market to buy a hybrid. My husband did some detailed research, and we decided to take a look at the Insight, among other My husband and I were in the market to buy a hybrid. My husband did some detailed research, and we decided to take a look at the Insight, among other cars. A friend referred us to Ted at Norm Reeves, and he quickly set up a time with us. Ted was great. He was very knowledgable about the car, the available options, which model worked best for us, and estimated costs. Because Norm Reeves is a big dealership, they typically have a large selection, but there were only a few to choose from that day (none that we liked). Ted made some calls, and he said another shipment would arrive in the next day or so. We thanked him and went to check other cars. We decided that we did like the Insight and started listing what we wanted and a price we could afford. He called early the next morning to let us know the shipment was on its way, and if there was a model we liked. We gave him our needs and asked us to come by in a few hours. They had what we wanted in stock, and we got a good fair price. Ted helped us get thru the admin quickly. The Finance team was great as well...they offered all sorts of options but were never pushy. We got our car, and are now happy Honda customers! We have referred others to Norm Reeves (all to Ted) and plan to go back whenever we buy another car. More
