Second Purchase I went to lunch on 7/27 around this dealer. Stopped by to see the inventory since I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. Kan You introduced himself I went to lunch on 7/27 around this dealer. Stopped by to see the inventory since I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. Kan You introduced himself and helped us look at the models. I asked questions and he respectfully answered all of them. I told him that I was interested but wanted to talk about the numbers first. He waited until I made my mind up which was about 45 minutes. I got the numbers that I was expecting and we sealed the deal. I preceded to the finance department were I was helped by Ziggy Estrada. He told us to wait a bit since it was very busy. He came back in ten minutes. Once he discussed all the options that could be applied to the car we politely declined all of them. He was not pushy and mention that these were all "options."He then added the security system and the gap insurance for just $15 more to the payment and a lower A.P.R. because we were returning customers. We signed paperwork and purchase a second car from this dealer. We had to wait for the car since it was being detailed but Kan You was checking in with us and informing us on the status of the car. Later he helped me set up everything in the car, from fixing the clock to connecting my phone via Bluetooth.
