When I came in to close the deal and pick up the car (the next day), the numbers only got BETTER (though I am a repeat Honda leaser, and that made some of the difference, although I would not have been aware of the incentive had Kim not taken the initiative to give it to me). Which brings me to the larger point: in today's world of increasingly marginalized customer care, I was treated in a way that made me feel good to be a customer. From the point of first contact to the vehicle walk through (which Kim knocked out of the park as well, by the way - she explained everything there was to explain perfectly, and didn't treat me like an idiot), I could not have asked for a better experience. Even my trip through finance was thoroughly, dare I say, enjoyable - regrettably, I did not catch the name of the team member who walked me through the signing of the hundreds of papers, but he was awesome, too. I will be back, guaranteed. More

Let me just start by saying I had a wonderful experience dealing with Ed at Cerritos Honda! My Civic lease was up, and I had my heart set on the Honda FIT for my next lease. I couldn't be happier that I drove a little extra distance to find my new car! Ed was extremely helpful and was able to get me the monthly payments that I could afford, and most importantly, the car that I wanted :-). Everyone at the Cerritos Honda dealership was helpful and friendly, and I felt I was very capable hands with Ed. At other dealerships I felt I was being taken advantage of, but Ed made me feel completely at ease and I know he got me a great deal on my new FIT.
