My experience was exceptional. I had a dual salesman, meaning that Jeff and Ishan were the two that helped me. They are the internet sales managers. I came in a little late after work and test drove the car (2013 Honda Pilot EX-L) and loved it. They paid off my trade (2013 Ford Explorer XLT) and matched the CarMax offer that Weir Canyon Honda refused to do. I chose to lease so I paid the $516.00 difference on my own so it didn't roll over. When I got to finance it was a no hassle deal. The finance manager Peter was awesome. He was funny and really nice. He even hugged me and thanked me for my purchase. When the deal was over it was late and the porters had all left. So my two salesman were literally washing and drying my car for me. They even offered me a free detail to come back later because of the wait! They made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end. I also received a Happy Birthday email the next day from Jeff. Best experience ever! I would recommend the internet sales over any car buying negotiation process. They also gave me a box with my spare key, valet key, two nice key chains and a nice pen. More
