She spent time going over the features of this car. We went for a test drive and when we got back we told her that this car was sold. She took in to detailing right away and started the paper work. It truly took less time than normal. She made the process enjoyable. She's genuine. The gentleman in the finance department was terrific also. Everyone was busy, yet he took care of us and the computer difficulties your dealership was experiencing. Everything about your dealership was great. We will definately shop there again. I was in the market for a new car since my Honda Civic was approaching 14 yrs and passed 225K miles. I emailed several Honda dealers for a quote and Norm Reeves had the best offer. Only one car was available in the color we wanted but it had the upgraded features. I did not want a large car payment and Monica was able to work down the price of the upgraded car.
