My last visit to Norm Reeves Honda on November 25, 2011 was my 2nd. I am a repeat customer. My return visit simply speaks for itself. I was satisfied on my first purchase of my CRV. Danilo Atienza's assistance is unquestionably superb, that is probably the primary reason why even though we live in Las Vegas, we still preferred to drive to Norm Reeves in California to get my son his car. Danny made us feel comfortable, and gave us the feeling of assurance that we are getting the best deal possible. Norm Reeves and Jose proved that I can, in fact, have the car I want in the color I want. The whole process was amazing. . . I was able to fill out my application online and fax over my insurance documents s car I want in the color I want. The whole process was amazing. . . I was able to fill out my application online and fax over my insurance documents so that EVERYTHING, I mean EVERYTHING was ready when I arrived. I wanted to wait for the weekend to buy my car because everyone knows it takes a whole day to buy a car. Again, Norm Reeves and Jose proved this doesn't have to be the case. Jose explained that he will try to get as much ready as possible. I came in test drove the car, signed my paperwork and proceeded to go to Finance Dept. and because all my paperwork was ready, it only took about 20-30 mins to go over everything. I was driving out of the dealer in about a little over 2 hours. More

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was there to purchase my 18 year old daughter her first car. She found the car we purchased on the AAA Website. My daughter had her heart set on the 2001 Honda Civic EX she found online so we started the purchasing process. We felt very comfortable and at ease from beginning to end. We are so thrilled with the car we purchased for her and confident that she will be driving this car for quite some time.
